If you want us to take you seriously then there are a couple of things you need to fix:

1) Get all your gear at least up to 232 badge gear and fix your hit rating.

2) Run a ToC or some raid and take the logs and post them here.

3) Post a picture or your UI while running the above raid and post it here.

There are obviously other things to discuss, but these are currently the most pertinent and need to be fixed before further consideration of your app.
