1: Explain how you see your role in a raid and what you use to fill that role. (class strengths, glyphs, mods, talent spec, etc.), also do you have any off-spec experience?
As a rogue, my main role to fill in a raid is to pull high amounts of damage per second without dying. A rogue is completely useless unless he is topping (or close to topping) the charts. in most fights, top DPS isnt a big deal if your dying in dumb things like fires and such. I do play combat spec, so i give a debuff to the boss i have poisoned similar to an arms warrior (4% dmg). Also, my tricks of the trade (along with myself being glyphed) helps alot on threat for tanks, and also trading ToT's with other rogues is a HUGE dmg booster.

2: What is the one thing you wish you could change about your main class or spec, either to make you more effective or to make it more enjoyable to play?
The one thing i really wish blizz would fix with combat specc'd rogues, is Killing Spree. when there are multiple targets, and you pop KS, more than likely you will end up on a different target far away from the one you have your deadly poison stacks on, making it hard to exploit the needed damage.

3: Explain your biggest strength and biggest weakness as a raider. How are you working to improve on this weakness?
I am new to theory crafting as a rogue, but i consider it one of my strengths. i am constantly working processes through my head to figure out easier or more efficient ways to down "that boss". one of my weaknesses is that i can be fairly sarcastic, and its hard to see that over chat/vent. im workin on being less sarcastic from day to day. especially with new people.

4: Explain what you look for in a raiding guild. Examples of what you did and did not like about previous raiding guilds would be helpful. Please also elaborate upon what appeals to you about this guild. If applicable, explain why you are leaving your current guild.
I look for stability, light-heartedness, and structure in a raiding guild. some guilds are too laid back to the point where progression is impossible. but being too hard on your core raiders isnt going to help at all, either.
Im currently a core raider in <Lookin Cute Feelin Cute> i love the majority of this guild with all my heart and have grown very close with them. the reason i may want to leave is because the officer system is becoming considerably corrupt and it doesnt appeal to my liking.

5: Detail your availability. How frequently do you miss raids? How frequently will you be late or need to leave early? What do you do when you are not raiding?
I go to a community college studying architecture Monday through Thursday. M-W im out at about 12 or sooner. Thursdays are my late days. I work weekend nights on Sat-Sun. if im not raiding, im usually at school/work/or doing something that has to do with either of those 2.

My name is Morgan Blaydes. im an 18 y/o student attending college for a degree in Architectural Design. WoW is my get away and my hobby. I can be very sarcastic (which isnt always a good thing) but i control it as much as possible

I do not currently have a SS in a raid setting in my new and improved UI , and that was as close as i could get (i recently touched it up a bit). i will try to get into a raid (that im not saved to) and hopefully post one by tomorrow.

Or you could just go into a battleground.

i didnt have time this morning before school to wait for the BG que, so i decided to take the SS in a H FoS. i hope that satisfies your needs?
